We are pleased to announce that the host hotel for Playing For Life 2008 will be the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers, conveniently located close to Central Park and Times Square.

This recently renovated hotel offers comfortable guest rooms, professional amenities, a fantastic workout center and a terrific location, all at a great price. We have negotiated a group rate of $189 per night for up to four guests per room.

The hotel is five minutes from the Central Park ballfields by cab, or ten minutes by subway. Chelsea and Greenwich Village are less than 15 minutes away, and the nightlife of Midtown Manhattan is just steps from the hotel’s entrance.

We have secured a small block of rooms with two double beds at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in Times Square.

The Playing For Life group rate is $229/night for up to four. The group rate is available for the evenings of July 3 to 5.

To make your reservation, please call 800-622-5569 between 8am and 8pm Eastern (9 to 5 on weekends) and specify "Playing For Life" when booking your room.

Please note that we expect this block of rooms to sell out quickly, so please act immediately if you have not already booked a room elsewhere.

Rooms with one bed are still available from Thursday through Saturday night. There is an option to add a pull-out bed to those rooms for an additional $30/night.

The Playing For Life group rate is available for stays beginning as early as July 2nd and ending as late as July 7th. (Tournament games will be played on July 4th and 5th). Please note that Wednesday and Sunday nights are currently sold out.
